The idea of … AND BEYOND! is that I can write about whatever pops into my head, current or otherwise (!) A bit like POT POURRI (my erstwhile blog for AngloInfo) but not about living in South West France.
There are many subjects that fascinate me and my reading matter is pretty eclectic. Like Pot Pourri, it can be all embracing.

STICKS AND STONES …. 3/5/21
… will break my bones, but words will never hurt me?’ We may chuck that to a bully, but let’s face it, it simply isn’t true. We are not immune to criticism, insults, disdainful comments and, of course, downright slagging-offs. They can, and usually do, affect us negatively. Our Immune System (IS for the sake of brevity) isn’t just to do with physical problems. There are many other ways in which our holistic being can suffer from an attack.

I think we all know that our body’s IS is likely to be heavily compromised at the best of times and, given the events over the last + year, will have suffered a horrendous onslaught, making us even more vulnerable to the Silent Enemy*. By now, most of us will have become aware that fear-produced chemicals are basically harmful and will lower our IS significantly – yet more stuff this overworked function has to deal with. And this applies to the healthy as much as the unhealthy.
What does ‘healthy’ actually mean? Sound like a daft question, but no, it can do with defining. From children through to, let’s say, our forties, most of us would hope to be in the best of health. From then on, the ageing process takes its progressive toll and, to a greater or lesser degree, all the various aches, pains and conditions have to be taken into consideration. In our later years, very few people will be without any health issues and many will have multiple problems. There is every likelihood that after forty, few of us will be absolutely physically fit with internals in tip-top condition. And these days, there are numerous ‘enemies’ conspiring to undermine our general health. I consider myself healthy but there is a boring list of niggling problems.

So, just like all our organs, which are having to work harder as we age, our IS won’t get much rest and recuperation and won’t thank us when we increase the load. Or should I say, won’t thank the powers-that-be, and they are legion, for forcing it to take on even more work. We know who these powers are but no harm in naming and shaming: Big Pharma, Big Food, Big Tech, Big Money and Mainstream Media (MSM) and we mustn’t forget the 1% with their dastardly plans (see WEF website). A bug can be the last straw. We may well not be able to fend it off. Ironically, the restrictions that have become mandatory, are making us far more vulnerable than we would normally have been before the bug appeared. Those restrictions were supposed to be making us less vulnerable!! Anyone can see the problem with this insanity.
I can hear lots of ‘Oh buts’. Of course there are those people who are always more vulnerable to bugs and most of them are aware of this and would normally take responsible action to protect themselves. For instance a person with chronic breathing problems will do their best to keep away from heavily polluted areas or someone with allergies will avoid relevant irritants – as a child I was in trouble if I played in the fields at haymaking time.
Let’s take a quick look at the obvious enemies of the immune system, the ones that tax it on a regular basis and which most of us are aware of:
• processed food, particularly GM
• toxic household cleaning materials and washing powders
• non-organic cosmetics and toiletries
• pharmaceuticals
• smoking
• too much alcohol, coffee, tea
• too much sugar
• a polluted environment
• EMR
OMG, the list is endless. I’m sure readers can add to it, as I am also sure it’s not necessary to point out solutions!

But what about those things that affect our emotions, our intellect and our spirit? These are hugely important and they are ones that can knock our struggling IS completely into touch so that when a bug comes along, we will go down with it to a greater or lesser degree depending. By the way, many will have noticed that all nasty cold and flu bugs as well as respiratory problems, now come under the heading of Covid, for ‘statistical purposes’!
Herewith the recent onslaught:
• fear
• separation from other human beings
• negative people
• the media, particularly TV
Fear wreaks havoc with our holistic health and is contagious and addictive. As for isolation and ‘social distancing’, we need to be close to others to develop herd immunity and nurture ourselves in every way (the catastrophic rise in suicides and serious psychological problems will attest to this). Negative people drag us right down with them (think of how a person in a bad mood can infect others). Lies and confusion confound our intellect, attack our mental equilibrium and take pot shots at our common sense. Last but not least, the media. A diet of repetitive negative news, violent movies and depressing documentaries, can destroy our morale and spiritual welfare.
It all sounds so daunting. What can we do? Well, many of the solutions are obvious.

The more you know, the less you fear. To combat fear we need to wise up and that means doing some research work – there is all the info we need on the Internet, if we can be bothered to look! (more on the Internet in a minute). Those of us without fear hug our family and friends and avoid those who shy away – they are amongst the negative people who will lower our vibrations. As to the media, we can turn off the MSM news, watch uplifting movies and positive documentaries and we mustn’t forget reading, puzzles and games as entertainment. None of this is difficult if we seriously want to help our poor old IS and ward off the bugs.
And there is nothing like creative activity to lift our spirits along with our immunity.
As far as the Internet is concerned, many will be aware it’s under attack from Big Tech, Big Pharma and government. Anyone wishing to question the official narrative, be it on Covid, lockdowns, masks or vaccines in general, is likely to be censored. Oh, and often 5G posts are banned. What we can deduce from this is that healthy, meaningful discussion or debate is not allowed. Why not? Anyone sure of their argument would be only too happy to present it. I mustn’t forget the fact-checkers and debunkers who are usually in the pay of whoever’s agenda is being criticised and more often than not cannot present coherent backed-up arguments against whatever they are claiming is ‘fake’ news. As for those calling that this, that or the other is a conspiracy theory, they are, to my mind, a joke. A get-out-of-jail-free card if ever I heard of one. Again, these so-called ‘theories’ should be open for mature debate.

What about those wishing to inform themselves? Those who are genuinely interested and willing to take the time to research, can learn a massive amount. Biased info or received opinion comes from outsourcing our intellectual labour to the MSM who are likely to be churning out material from government press releases. How often do we hear them parroting the same wording and using old screen shots?!
As someone who is under emotional pressure, I can assure readers that taking the time to research, and discover alternative independent journalists (many of them are disillusioned ex-MSM) who we find plausible, is interesting, exciting and uplifting. It does, of course, come down to personal preferences. Clearly we cannot make a good choice without exploring the many points of view and approaches.
Simple guidelines: ditch Google, they profile you from your searches, influence the listings they want you to access and leave out those they don’t want you to see. I use DuckDuckGo or Ecosia as my search engines. YouTube is still a good resource for many subjects as long as they’re not currently considered too controversial. For uplifting light entertainment content, this is probably the best place to look for material. Just put the words YouTube into your search engine. followed by a key word and lots will pop up. Controversy is frequently found on BitChute, Rumble and Odysee for example; but be aware that there is a lot of pretty useless stuff in with the worthwhile on these platforms. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the like are not usually good sources of reliable info – anything not in line with what ‘they’ want us to see, will be removed very quickly.
After that it’s a question of following up on interesting videos by going to personal websites.

If there’s someone who you find particularly impressive, it’s easy to subscribe simply by giving your first name and email address. You can unsubscribe any time but scrolling to the bottom of an email and looking for the words ‘unsubscribe’ or ‘manage your subscription’. Most website content is free but many have clubs or groups you can pay to join. To leave comments, you usually have to subscribe. Lots of sites ask for donations and that is, in my view, completely reasonable. The work they do should be paid and donors choose whatever they think it is worth, or not donate at all if they don’t wish to. Quite a few have products to sell. Again, fair enough, why shouldn’t they? Often the products are the basis of their funding.
The point is, surfing can be really good for our morale, intellectual and spiritual welfare, if we feast on the right material. Information is power and the reliable open-sourced information can strengthen our autonomy as well as our immune systems. Optimism, even if difficult to sum up, is really good for us. To see us out, how about some joyful music from the continent where they know how to be joyful. Enjoy!

* The level of fear produced by a ‘Silent Enemy’ can be a bit like living in a haunted house. You’ve been told the spirits are there but you’ve never seen or heard them. Nonetheless, your level of nervous tension is up, just in case one appears.

OPEN TO POSSIBILITIES (25th April 2021)
Do you make New Year’s resolutions? I don’t. I see no point; if we want to change something about ourselves, we can do it anytime – how about on our birthday? Far more personal. Of course, there are those rare people who make them and don’t break them, but they are truly rare. If they have that willpower, they’ll probably have conquered whatever it is years ago.

Most of our resolutions are likely to be about shedding some bad habit or, sometimes, they can be about achieving something in the year to come – that’s a good one of course. But when it comes to bad habits, we will need to do a bit of interior research, we’ll need to open our minds and dig deep to find the cause or causes of our behaviour. And, a lot of the time, we will need to go back to childhood.
What is it the Jesuits say ‘Give me a child for the first seven years, and I’ll show you the man,’ (courtesy of Aristotle). This when our core beliefs are planted, although we are still vulnerable until well into adulthood and some even beyond. In his wonderful book ‘They f**k you up’, Oliver James places the responsibility for sowing the seeds of dysfunctional adulthood with parents, but I think teachers, siblings and peers must take some of the blame. There are several reasons for what you might call ‘core beliefs’. Please note that I am not including those children who have been severely abused in any way. Clearly, they will be very damaged and will need professional help.

• parental ideas and prejudices
• criticism or casual detrimental or critical remarks
• media bias
• competition
• religious teachings (a very hard one to dislodge)
• bullying (can be an absolute horror to conquer)
and probably more. Here’s a simple example:
Mum and Dad are very conventional. Rosaly, 18 years old, comes home one day with dreadlocks – just like her favourite group on TV. Dad says ‘You look like ridiculous, as usual’. Mum says ‘Why can’t you be like your sister, she’s always neat and tidy, no wonder she’s doing so well. Now, get rid of those before we go to church, we won’t have you showing us up in front of the congregation.’
Message that comes across – you’re ridiculous, your sister is the bright one and even God won’t approve of you, and …. very important, your parents are embarrassed and ashamed of you.

We can imagine what growing up must have been like for Rosaly and the shadow these jibes will have cast over her life.
Many of us, like Rosaly, will be carrying around negative thoughts about ourselves, seeds sown way back in our early days. A lack of confidence is likely to be the most pronounced effect and deep down we might worry that we’re a bad person, not worthy of love.
The antidote to these kinds of feelings is to convince ourselves that they simply aren’t true.
A good way to counteract self-doubt is through affirmations: such as, for Rosaly, ‘I don’t care what they say, they’re old fashioned and prejudiced and my sister is a boring prude. As for God, well. I’m not even sure he exists but, if he does, he will accept me what what I am, which is pretty, clever and lovable. And I’m going to prove it. So there.’
And she likely will, if she sticks to that maxim.
One of the traps that those of us with negative core beliefs can fall into is the pay-off. According to Eric Berne, psychiatrist, lots of us have a script which we are constantly seeking to prove. For instance ‘ You can’t trust anyone’. Those of us with this script will subconsciously graduate towards unreliable people and therefore be able, when that person proves themselves untrustworthy, to say ‘I told you, you can’t trust anyone.’ Likewise, the woman whose line is ‘All men are bastards’. She will constantly go for just that type. We can think of numerous instances of this.

And what about embedded dogmas? Convictions that are so deeply buried in our psyches that no amount of persuasion, even proof, will persuade us that we’re misguided. I’ve often joked that ghosts are people who don’t believe they’re dead because they’ve always proclaimed there is no afterlife!
Mainstream scientists are often bogged down by their dogmas. They’ve reached a conclusion and that is that. There can be no other answer. No matter how much proof is offered, it won’t be enough and they will ally themselves to others who are equally narrow-minded. Rupert Sheldrake illustrates this beautifully in his excellent book ‘The Science Delusion’. Interestingly, his talk was banned from Ted Talks because he put forward his theory that the majority of scientists have always been intransigent – unless they come up with a new wheeze themselves! Or simply have to catch up with the latest thinking because their colleagues or contemporaries have. Strange they should be so narrow-minded especially as we imagine them to be constantly innovating. I suppose that’s partially because they were adamant or cocksure in the first place. In my view, a good example of this must be the arrogant young man who is the darling of the Beeb!

What is the antidote to narrow-mindedness? Let’s face it, to have a set of ideas and sticking to them is comfortable. We put them forward and refuse to budge even if someone comes up with better or more logical ones. They may even give tangible proof but that simply won’t wash. ‘No, it just isn’t true, you’re talking rubbish’. Or, these days, as we know, they’ll no doubt come out with that smug, outdated expression ‘You’re a conspiracy theorist’.
Let’s try a little experiment, we’ll call it ‘What if …..’ We write down half a dozen truths (as we see them anyway). Now – what if each one of them was a lie? We then try to convince ourselves that we were wrong and are truths were untrue. It’s fun to come up with counter-arguments that might be put forward by someone with the opposing point of view. And it’s easier than we might imagine. This is a good way to overcome our conditioning by understanding that there are always at least two sides to an argument.
By the way, we’re frequently dealing with what is currently referred to as ‘cognitive dissonance’, which is when an idea is virtually hardwired in a person’s brain (as with deep conditioning or indoctrination). They will be mentally unable to change their mind – without therapy they will never believe they were misinformed or wrong. Some will, if helped, be able to go through a recovery process that will enable them to dispel their delusions. The process goes like this: Denial, Distress, Anger, Appeasement, Indifference, Forgiveness and finally Integration (DDAAIFI)

As an immediate contemporary example: when the time comes that we’re told to take off our masks and not worry about closeness to others, I would be willing to bet, there will be those who have been so overwhelmed by fear, that they won’t be able to go back to normal behaviour. At least for some time. And, should it be revealed that Covid is nothing more than a nasty flu, many will have to go through DDAAIFI which would likely be pretty traumatic. For the tragic folk who suffered horrendously from the draconian counter-measures, forgiveness of those who aided and abetted in carrying them out, would be well nigh impossible.
A thought: I wonder if schools still have debating societies? They are such a great idea. A subject is chosen and two people will put forward opposing viewpoints. The audience will vote at the end for the most persuasive argument. An interesting and instructive version is to swap places, so each person proffers the opposite perspective to his or her own. It might even win a person over to the other side!

So, in conclusion, it’s no bad idea to look at our long-term, ingrained persuasions or more recent perceptions, chew them over a bit and, if we decide they’re obstacles to whatever we wish to achieve, to discard them to make way for personal growth.
“I love keeping an open mind. It’s liberating to know that the Universe and our existence are not limited to my understanding.” (Izey Victoria Odiase)

VITAL ENERGY 18th April 2021
Are you stuck in the Matrix? Those who are familiar with the film will know what I mean. For any who haven’t yet seen it, I recommend you do; there are lots of relevances to our current situation, but to take a shortcut you can learn about the basic theme from this video clip.
Have you taken the red pill or the blue pill?

I took the red pill at age 11.
Most of my childhood was spent alone. My sister is thirteen years older than I am and was away at school following evacuation until I was four. She then spent a couple of years as part of our little family before marrying, having a baby and emigrating to the USA. I was nine when I watched them disappear over the horizon from Southampton to New York on the S.S. America in 1953. I didn’t see her again for eleven years. How I cried. Anyway….
As an almost only child, I read a lot and helped my father in the garden and the garage – he’d always wanted a boy and treated me like one! I didn’t mind, being a bit of a tomboy, certainly not the little girl in dresses that my mother tried to make me. My father, a mechanical engineer and inventor was a direct, no-nonsense character – if I asked a question I got an honest answer.
Children born during or just after the war were subjected to endless adult reminiscing about what had gone on but the details were always alluded to, not openly discussed. That frustrated me so I asked Daddy to tell me all about it. Much to Mother’s alarm, he handed me three books – Hitler’s ‘Mein Kampf’, ‘The Scourge of the Swastika’ by Lord Russell of Liverpool and ‘The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich’ by William L.Shirer. Anyone who has come across these will understand why it took me months and months to wade through them and I have to admit to skipping bits here and there. Why am I bringing this up?

Because, at that tender age, I took the red pill and went down the rabbit-hole. It was definitely my baptism of fire. After that, nothing was able to shock me. I developed a compartment for horror in which I could stash away the worst revelations about the extremes of evil mankind is capable of. Over the years I have followed the activities of the characters, sometimes known as the Deep State, who have our world under their control. Their false flags, genocides, experiments on innocent peoples, their rape of third world countries’ resources, wars of convenience, satanism and greed. We all know that 1% of humans have 90% of the money, or thereabouts. We must, surely, understand that this is evil to the core.
Back to the red pill – in our current transition, from the old order to an unknown future, it is estimated that around 56% of the world population have taken the red pill and gone down into the deepest, darkest rabbit-holes in the search for truth. The rest have chosen not to and, effectively, taken the blue pill.
Anyone who has read ‘Conversations With God’ may remember the analogy about right and wrong, good and evil: Imagine you’re totally white in a white room, how would you know you are white? You wouldn’t until the dark comes in. To appreciate the heights of goodness, we need to acknowledge the depths of darkness. Burying our heads in the sand because the knowledge of evil is far too uncomfortable to even think about let alone take on board, is allowing it to continue unhindered. By our denial, we’re turning our backs on the victims of the worst excesses.
There are those who would say we can do nothing about it, that’s the way of the world. The 56% say ‘NO!’ Whether the blue pill people want to come on board or not. The final battle is being played out – to the red-pillers in plain sight, the blue-pillers are mostly unaware – the Mainstream Media is contaminated.

I doubt any reader will deny we are in a time of unbearable confusion. What will happen to us in the future is almost too scary to think about – that is as long as we have an idea of what is being planned. What we used to call The New World Order and now The Great Re-Set project has been underway for centuries. The Globalists are now armed with new technologies that we cannot even begin to imagine. Luckily, they’re not the only ones.
Red-pill people know that we are on the brink of a Golden Age if we can raise our numbers to 60% and reach the estimated Critical Mass needed to defeat the Globalists.
If you have read this far, you will either think I’m off my head, or you’ll be ABSOLUTELY on my wavelength.
What do we have to do to bring the transition to the best possible conclusion? We need to go inwards, to examine ourselves and find out which pill we have chosen.
DIMENSIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
We all know our lives will never be the same again. To refer to whatever our world morphs into as a New Normal is a contradiction in terms, perhaps deliberately so. It will be new but it will be normal – really! However we choose to refer to it, we’re entering a new era and we can expect enormous changes. I believe they will be for the good and that the spectre of Klaus Schwab and his World Economic Forum’s Great Re-Set will, literally, be annihilated. I can’t imagine anyone in their right mind would think that ‘You will own nothing and you will be happy’, as proclaimed on the WEF website, is an appealing prospect.
Those who have taken the red pill, gone down the rabbit hole and closely followed world events over the last year, (and not just Covid) will understand why our current transition has become known as The Great Awakening. The Bible tells of many Great Awakenings when our planet and mankind undergo a cosmic, spiritual shift.

We’re entering the Quantum era which embraces the spirituality of mankind and takes us out of the Age of Materialism.
Many readers will know, or have heard about 3D and 5D. Basically, they could be called levels of consciousness or awareness, dimensions even. The majority of the world’s population (the blue pill takers) is believed to be stuck in 3D, the next largest group to be struggling in the transition between 3D and 5D and the lucky ones to have reached the peace of 5D and some even beyond.
When we start defining life less as a collection of fleeting five sense productions, but more of an spiritually rich experience of far greater abundance, we start to really live. We have, each and every one of us, qualities and capabilities we’ve allowed to fall into disrepair. They are lying dormant because we’ve become lazy and consented to be led by those who don’t want us to fulfil our potential. The less we spread our spiritual wings, the more controllable we are. As long as our five senses are basically satisfied, the majority of us will ask no questions, look no further and lapse into dependancy on our rulers to whom we have handed over care for our best interests. These days, we in the West, have abnegated many of our personal responsibilities. And to remind us, here are few suggestions:
• we rely on the doctor to heal our ills
• we rely on our teachers to educate us
• we rely on convention to orchestrate our lives
• we rely on religious leaders or other teachers to tell us what is right and what is wrong
• we rely on the law to protect us and keep us ‘under control’
• we rely on the TV/cinema/music/sport etc to entertain us
• we rely on the mainstream media to keep us informed of the news
• we tend to avoid knowledge that makes us feel fearful, uncomfortable, guilty or vulnerable
Other ways many of us have clipped our spiritual wings:
• we demand proof of anything we cannot see*
• many of us deny there could be a higher power than ourselves
• we seek to create order out of Nature’s magical wildness
• we impose our wishes on the animal kingdom
• we are competitive (wanting to be better/cleverer or whatever, than the next person)
• we prefer to go with the social flow than be ‘different’
• we make fun of, even ostracise, those who are not like us (NonPLU)
Perhaps, most importantly, we have become, predominantly, HUMAN HAVINGS rather than HUMAN BEINGS. We measure our success in life by the possessions/status/power we have achieved. Since materialism took over from monotheism, we have tended to worship money and goods. Spiritual values are no longer of any real interest for many of us.

There are probably others but these are enough to be going along with. Basically we have outsourced nearly everything. We have become dreadfully lazy, demanding and greedy and, basically, enslaved to the system. If we flip these over we would get a very different picture:
• we look after our health as best we can by eating well, exercising and getting good sleep
• we are intensely curious and educate ourselves through travel, books and other educative media
• we like to be as autonomous as possible
• we have created out own moral code and stick to it (we maintain integrity)
• we look out for ourselves and behave in a responsible manner
• we value independence and the freedom to conduct our lives appropriately
• we are able to amuse ourselves through, for instance, creative pursuits
• we research extensively before taking a stance or a point of view
• we have chosen to ‘Know our Enemy’ so we are aware of who to trust and can act accordingly
• we are completely open-minded to possibilities (we know there is much we don’t know)
• we know there is a Creator of all there is, whatever name we give him/her/it

• we glory in the miracle of nature and do our best to preserve our Mother Earth
• we love animals and treat them with compassion
• we are co-operative, respecting our fellow man or woman as equals
• we celebrate our differences
• we enjoy and learn from the company of those who aren’t like us
… and so on.
From the 60’s, for those alive today, various religious or spiritual practices from India and the East have become popular, even fashionable, in the West. Those who are keen to attain improved physical and spiritual fitness can choose from a variety of disciplines, from the guru to the yoga teacher to the Tai Chi instructor and others. This is no bad thing but how many of us expect to attain ‘enlightenment’, for want of a better word, simply by incorporating one or more of these into our daily lives? It’s my belief that far more is necessary to evolve from a lower to a higher level of consciousness. Our lifestyle and personal moral code, our open-mindedness which lets the light of knowledge in and our generous heart which sends love out into the world by caring for the welfare of others as well as our own. If the way we live doesn’t complement the disciplines we’re following, then we will have a long way to go.

WAYS TO HELP RAISE OUR VIBRATIIONS
We’re beings of frequencies and light, everything ‘vibrates’, everything is electric. The majority of us Westerners are, these days, extremely toxic and for our bodies to be energetically unblocked, balanced and free-flowing, we need first to look carefully at our lifestyle when searching for spiritual advancement. Of course, we also need to learn to LOVE ourselves in the fullest sense of the word, otherwise all the teachings in the world will be a waste of time. Basically, we have a lot of work to do first. A Golden Rule that should precede all we do is the avoidance of negative influences and the cultivation of positive ones, example: turn off the TV and get out in nature.
I know it’s all very well writing about how things should/could be, but exactly how do we raise our awareness?
There are no set rules but there are some good starting points which can awaken us enough to be able to incorporate new ways of being into our lives. As I mentioned above, we have effectively diluted our senses:
• we look but we don’t see
• we listen but we don’t hear
• we taste but we don’t relish
• we smell but we don’t savour
• we touch but we don’t feel
We can correct all of these very easily by concentrating on each one and either writing down what we experience or speaking our sensations and impressions out loud (using a mini recorder is good for this), especially when we are out in nature – certainly the best place to exercise our senses. Making these exercises part of our routine will have us soaring in no time!

But, very importantly, we first need to teach ourselves to SLOW DOWN. Literally move more slowly, do things more carefully, take it easy and stop rushing about like rats on speed!
If we do this on a regular basis, for instance, when we go for a walk, we can stop, take a good look around us, then shut our eyes and listen carefully. It’s a good idea to take a book of edible plants and flowers with us so we can sample taste any we come across (be sure they are what they appear to be!). Taking a good sniff of the air and of the flowers and trees around us can be surprising. Picking up a small item and turning it over and over in our hands, examining it minutely, studying it carefully and appreciating it for all that it is. It’s fun too to take a camera and photograph those miniature worlds we see in the hedgerows, tree stumps and under stones. It will be amazing how much we become aware of – we’re enjoying Mother Nature with all our senses.
Taking off our shoes and running through the grass is a most wonderful sensation, as long as we’re sure nothing horrid is lurking to scratch or bite us!

These are very simple ways to switch on our awareness but what about fine tuning? Moving onto another level? This is about truly opening our eyes and our hearts. Seeing what is around us or what we pass by when out in the car, noticing detail, truly sensating. And by that I mean having an emotional response to what we see, such as awe, shock, sadness, anger, wonder and so on. If, for instance, we pass a factory farm where animals are crammed in horrible conditions, we should surely feel distress for them. It cannot be too difficult to imagine their suffering, likewise passing a dog chained up in someone’s yard. Seeing healthy trees being felled, fields being poisoned, woods burning. If these sorts of things don’t bother us, then we have a long way to go. Perhaps, in that case, we could ask ourselves why. Do we not care?
This is all part of understanding what our values and morals are and what they tell us about ourselves. Looking outside to learn what is inside can show us how deep or how shallow we are. How compassionate or uncaring we are. If it’s not a pretty picture, then we can either try and do something about it or shrug our shoulders. By examining ourselves, we can understand how aware we are, what our level of consciousness is.
If we succeed in coming to terms with who we are, we will be able to see ourselves as an integral part of all that is and we will joyfully become at one with the universal consciousness.
Good luck on your journey should you decide to take the red pill and therefore the quantum leap towards a higher level of vibration and inner peace.

Next week: Opening our minds, shedding embedded dogmas and unhelpful beliefs.
